Hooters to Reopen

The Ledger -- North Lakeland's Hooters will reopen on Wednesday. Hooters closed and tore down the restaurant at 3400 U.S. 98 N., at the intersection of Interstate 4 and U.S. 98 North south of Lakeland Square mall, in May.
