Hawaii Judge Confirms Ilikai Units Sale to iStar

Forbes -- New York-based iStar FM Loans LLC has bought 203 foreclosed residential condo units and 16 foreclosed commercial units in the iconic Ilikai Hotel in Waikiki for $51 million.
