Fresenius Medical Care plans to operate a dialysis center out of an 8,000-square-foot facility near McAdory High School in McCalla, a person involved in the deal said. Southeast Medical McAlla LLC bought the property on which Fresenius’ center will operate from Vickers-Wise McAdory LLC for $408,600, according to public records. Stephen Leara, a registered agent with Southeast Medical McCalla, said construction on the one-story medical office building is expected to start in a month.
