Penn Live -- Foschini's Pizza and Restaurant has opened at 52 Kline Plaza in Harrisburg, dishing out breakfast, lunch and dinner. Owner is Mohamed "Mo" Elbayoumy, former owner of the Hampden Diner on the West Shore. He named the restaurant after his cousin, who is half Italian.
