Durham Incubator SyneCor, LLC Raises $9.99M

BizJournals -- Durham-based Synecor, an incubator of life science companies including TransEnterix and InnerPluse in the Triangle, has raised $9.99 million in a stock offering, the group says in a U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission.
