Cardiology Today -- A double dose of clopidogrel, combined with a high dose of aspirin, may yield greater benefits for some patients with acute coronary syndromes undergoing percutaneous coronary intervention than a standard dose, according to an analysis of the Current-OASIS 7 trial results.
