AP — Owners of a Cleveland restaurant said tough times are one reason they're offering a one-cent breakfast special this week. With the purchase of a drink at the regular price, customers at the Big Egg can get two eggs, hash browns, and toast for just a penny. Co-owner Jimmy Lababidi said the cheap meal should help people who have lost their jobs through layoffs.
