LOS ANGELES--(BUSINESS WIRE)--C3 Jian, Inc. announced today that it has signed a long-term lease to move its U.S. headquarter and R&D operations to Marina del Rey, California. The Company is currently located in Inglewood, California. C3 Jian will occupy a 35,000-square-foot biotechnology facility located in the Marina Business Center. The building is fully built out as a first-class biotechnology research and development facility, with GMP manufacturing capacity. C3 Jian expects to complete some relatively minor tenant improvements to match its research and development requirements, with the goal of occupying the new facility in January 2012.
