Boutique Hotel to Open in the Giacomo as Another Similar Project Stumbles

Buffalo News -- The 20-story former United Office Building on First Street will open its first six floors as a boutique hotel this month, while another project to renovate a 1920s-era Rainbow Boulevard hotel is behind schedule.
