Hotel Interactive -- Benchmark Hospitality International has announced the appointment of Diana Wellman as director of catering and food services for Naples Bay Resort, the luxury property that opened last February in Naples, Florida. Greg Allowe, Benchmark’s managing director at the resort, made the announcement.
