Bayer CropScience Inc., Canada Renews Strong StayinFront Relationship with CRM Upgrade

FAIRFIELD, N.J., July 11 /PRNewswire/ -- StayinFront, Inc., a global provider of enterprise-wide customer relationship management (CRM) applications, decision support tools, data services and eBusiness systems, today announced that Bayer CropScience Inc., Canada, a subsidiary of Bayer AG will upgrade its current StayinFront CRM system to the latest version of the solution, StayinFront CRM 9.2. The upgrade will provide Bayer CropScience Canada with improved system management features and additional user benefits.

Workflow processes are designed using industry-standard action diagrams intended for configuring processes. StayinFront Workflow can run these processes in response to a certain “trigger,” such as incoming e-mails or data arriving in a message queue. Once prompted, StayinFront Workflow can support a variety of valuable actions, including adding or modifying information, asking questions, sending e-mails or initiating tasks that can be defined in a script.
