An investor group led by the Hopkins Capital Group announced today the formation of Accentia BioPharmaceuticals. The company is the result of the acquisitions of Analytica International (New York, N.Y., Lorrach, Germany), TEAMM Pharmaceuticals (Morrisville, N.C.), and a majority interest in BioVest International (Minneapolis, Minn., Worcester, Mass.). Offices will be maintained in each location and in Tampa, Florida.
