Under the agreement, St. John’s will incorporate MEDai’s predictions into their care management program to proactively identify their high-cost/high-risk members.
MEDai’s predictive modeling solution, Risk Navigator Clinical, accurately identifies prospective high-risk patients to improve patients’ health and quality of care while controlling cost.
