CHARLESTON, S.C.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--SensorTech, an SCRA Technology Ventures’ SC Launch company, recently received national recognition by the Department of Defense (DoD). SensorTech, a licensee of Clemson University basic research, was a key player in the Prosthetics and Orthotics Manufacturing Initiative, which won a Defense Manufacturing Technology Achievement Award at the annual Defense Manufacturing Conference in November. The award recognizes projects and teams that significantly impact the DoD, further manufacturing technology and ultimately benefit the Warfighter.
