RED BANK, N.J., Jan. 12 /PRNewswire/ -- Today, Innovative Health Solutions LLC, one of the nation’s leading healthcare information technology companies, announced that it has hired Mr. Kevin Pleasant as its Director of Research and Development for its HEALTH DATA FOCUS(TM) decision support product line and Ms. Rebecca DeGrosky as its Director of Clinical Coding, Research and Development for its CODING FOCUS(TM) product line.
These two new positions will report to James Hoffman, the company’s Chief Operating Officer. Mr. Pleasant will be responsible for ensuring that the company is proactively identifying new features and products for its customers and maintaining accurate and complete reimbursement logic in its existing product line. His most recent position was as Chief Financial Officer of a New Jersey hospital. He has over 15 years of experience in hospital finance and reimbursement. He graduated from New Jersey City University.
Ms. DeGrosky will be responsible for the clinical content in new products, ensuring the ongoing clinical and coding accuracy of existing products and spearheading the development of a new generation coding tool. Her background includes experience as a Director of HIM, coding trainer for a six hospital health system in the Pittsburgh area and product manager for a widely-used clinical coding tool. She is certified as an RHIT.
