The Ontario Liberals are promising to offer men over the age of 50 free annual tests to detect prostate cancer.The prostate-specific antigen (PSA) test would be covered under Ontario’s public health insurance if the Liberals are re-elected.The plan, which would cost $30 million a year, is part of the party’s $14.7-billion election platform.
