PLYMOUTH, Mich., Oct. 19 /PRNewswire/ -- Freudenberg-NOK General Partnership announced today that it has acquired the stock of Jenline Industries, Ltd. of Gloucester, Mass. to expand its business of molded liquid silicone rubber (LSR) products for the healthcare component market. Terms of the agreement were not disclosed.
Freudenberg-NOK will establish its lead center for LSR products at the Gloucester facility located at 92 Blackburn Center, Gloucester, Mass.
Jenline Industries, Ltd. was founded in 1989 and has grown to be a technology leader in LSR products for the healthcare and medical market. By applying world-class tooling and automation technology, Tom Smalley, the owner and president, established Jenline as a strong and focused supplier of LSR molded products for the healthcare and safety product markets. Smalley will continue to manage operations at Jenline for Freudenberg-NOK.
