Diagnostix LLC Signs Contract With LRGHealthcare

WARRENDALE, Pa., March 10 /PRNewswire/ -- Diagnostix(TM) LLC president Mary Beth Lang announced that the data driven savings provider has entered into a five-year agreement with Laconia, N.H.-based LRGHealthcare (LRGH) to implement its proprietary AccuPrice(TM) daily price auditing program at LRGH facilities. The announcement was made on the heels of Diagnostix introducing a new data-driven savings solutions platform. Diagnostix is a wholly owned subsidiary of St. Louis-based leading health care group purchasing organization, Amerinet. LRGH also signed a five-year contract with Amerinet for other supply chain management services. The Diagnostix AccuSave(TM) service is expected to be implemented in the near future as part of the new partnership between LRGH and Amerinet. Diagnostix focuses on developing and implementing programs to help hospitals and health systems recognize and sustain significant savings - up to 10 percent of supply costs. Diagnostix supplies the tools and training to identify cost savings opportunities, manage contracts, reduce supply chain expenses, identify and eliminate pricing variances, and negotiate custom contracts. Core programs and services include consulting and training, the AccuPrice daily price auditing program, and the AccuSave program for managing and analyzing contracting and purchasing data.

AccuPrice is a software tool that combines master file maintenance with automated daily price audits to allow a health care facility’s staff to quickly identify and resolve pricing errors. Purchases are automatically reviewed every day to determine number of invoices and lines, favorable and unfavorable variances, and items that are not on file. Staff then uses the daily report to correct errors that negatively affect supply costs and identify opportunities for additional savings.

AccuSave is a software tool that aligns data from multiple systems to provide a comprehensive and clear view of a facility’s purchases, including what the facility purchased, from whom they purchased it, and what it cost. AccuSave reports allow staff to easily track volume and price variance to ensure that the facility is consistently capitalizing on the best available pricing.
