The Board of Directors of D&K Healthcare Resources, Inc. (Nasdaq:DKHR) today declared the company’s 14th consecutive regular quarterly cash dividend. The dividend of $0.015 per share of common stock, is payable on June 16, 2004 to shareholders of record on June 2, 2004.
