Concuity, Inc. Relocates Headquarters To Chicago Area Suburb, Secures Additional Financing And Names Chief Operating Officer

VERNON HILLS, Ill., May 4 /PRNewswire/ -- Concuity, Inc., the healthcare industry’s leader in managed care reimbursement, announced today the appointment of John M. Pellettiere as executive vice president and chief operating officer. Concuity also disclosed that it has recently secured $5 Million in funding from Hercules Technology Growth Capital, Inc with a potential of an additional $2 Million. This news comes as part of the firm’s strategic decision to relocate its California-based corporate headquarters to Vernon Hills, Illinois. Concuity’s engineering and non-corporate positions will remain in California.

Mr. Pellettiere joins Concuity with over 20 years of strategic healthcare finance, operations and business development experience. Prior to joining Concuity, Mr. Pellettiere was senior vice president, chief financial officer and treasurer of AbilityOne Corporation. Before AbilityOne, he was senior vice president and chief financial officer of Beltone Electronics. His experience also includes senior management positions with Caremark International and Baxter International.
