Revenues for the three-month period were $13.0 million compared versus to $12.6 million for the same period a year ago. The Company reported net income of $910,000 for the period, or $0.20 per share, compared with net income of $159,000 and a net loss applicable to common stockholders of $63,000 for the period, or a loss of $0.03 per common share for the second quarter last year.
