Singapore - May 20, 2005 - Following on the efforts of researchers at the University of Toronto, the Hospital for Sick Children, and Affinium Pharmaceuticals to describe an interactome map of conserved and essential E. coli proteins, The Blueprint Initiative today announced that scientists at its Toronto node have curated this data into the freely available, open-source Biomolecular Interaction Network Database (BIND).
