Health Dialog Services Corporation today announced the launch of its Provider Measurement Service solution, with Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts (BCBSMA) as its first major client. Health Dialog Data Service, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Health Dialog, will assess the quality of provider groups in the BCBSMA network by applying a broad set of measures, including effective care, preference-sensitive care, and efficiency considerations.
