Dr. Tirotta, who founded the Company's Kidz-Med(TM) division in 1993, will now oversee the Company's two wholly owned subsidiaries, Heart Smart (TM) and Kidz-Med(TM). Dr. Tirotta graduated Cum Laude with a B.S. in biochemistry from Cornell University in 1982, received his MD from New York University School of Medicine in 1986 and completed his MBA at Columbia University in 1999.
