Yahoo Finance -- Alaska Airlines will not operate in or out of Petersburg from March 23 to April 21, 2009, due to the State of Alaska, Department of Transportation and Public Facilities (DOTPF) closure of the Petersburg runway to jet aircraft operations. The closure is necessary to replace several culverts that span the runway.
