U.S. MedSys Corp. (OTCBB:UMSY) announced today that it has executed an agreement establishing Global Medical Direct, LLC ("GMD"). GMD is based in Lenexa, Kan., where it has commenced operations, led by newly appointed president and CEO Robert S. Shea. UMSY will initially own 75% of GMD.
