Biotech gave back some of its recent gains on Friday, though one individual issue managed to double its value today, based on very positive news. The Centient Biotech 200™ moved lower by 21.42 points (.61%) to 3466.23. Meanwhile, Biomira (BIOM) rose more than 100% on favorable results from trials of its lung cancer vaccine. Back in April, we made positive comments about the company, so the news wasn’t particularly new to Centient readers. We still like the company, but we also came up with a few questions for investors to ask before sticking all of their IRA money into the stock.
