LANCASTER - The first International House of Pancakes in the Lancaster area will bring as many as 100 new jobs by November. The restaurant chain will open shop at the former Lone Star Steakhouse, 1585 River Valley Circle, said IHOP Restaurants Spokesman Patrick Lenow.
