Denny’s Shares Drop on 4Q Loss, Refranchising Plan

Yahoo Finance -- Shares of Denny's Corp. dropped Thursday after the restaurant chain reported a loss in its fourth quarter and said it was struggling to find financing to sell its company-operated stores to franchisees.
