CHELMSFORD, Mass.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Feb. 10, 2005-- U.S. FDA Granted Marketing Clearance This Week ZOLL Medical Corporation (NASDAQ: ZOLL), a manufacturer of resuscitation devices and software solutions, announced today that it has expanded its line of automated external defibrillators (AEDs) with the introduction of the ZOLL AED Pro(TM). ZOLL received 510(k) marketing clearance from the U.S. Food and Drug Administration for the AED Pro earlier this week, and the company plans to begin shipments in March.
