Lee Adrean Joins NDCHealth As CFO

ATLANTA, April 22 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- NDCHealth Corporation today announced that Lee Adrean, has been named executive vice president, finance and planning, and chief financial officer. He will be responsible for all financial and certain administrative functions of the corporation. In addition, Mr. Adrean will be in charge of strategic planning as well as expanding the company’s consultative services business. Randolph L. M. Hutto, NDCHealth executive vice president currently serving as chief financial officer, will continue his current roles as general counsel, head of business development and corporate secretary. Mr. Adrean will be joining NDCHealth in early May.

Mr. Adrean, 52, is joining NDCHealth from EarthLink, Inc. , a national Internet service provider, where he has been CFO since early 2000. Prior to his tenure at EarthLink, Mr. Adrean served as executive vice president and CFO of First Data Corporation, at the time a $5 billion electronic commerce and payment services company. Before First Data, he served in a variety of management positions at Providian Corporation, a diversified financial services company. Mr. Adrean was also a vice president with Bain & Company, a global business consulting firm. He graduated from Bucknell University and was a Baker Scholar at Harvard Business School.

Mr. Hutto, 55, joined NDCHealth in November of 2000. Prior to joining the company, he has held strategic planning, business development and legal affairs roles with several public companies including First Data Corporation and First Financial Management Corporation. Mr. Hutto was also a partner with the Atlanta law firm of Sutherland, Asbill & Brennan, specializing in mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance and securities. Mr. Hutto graduated from Washington & Lee University and the Emory University School of Law.
