PTS, Inc. Updates Shareholders Regarding Status Of Glove Box

LAS VEGAS--(BUSINESS WIRE)--April 4, 2005--PTS, Inc. (OTCBB:PTSN) made the following comments today regarding its Glove Box(TM) business. In December 2004, the Company opened a satellite office in Beijing, China for the primary purpose of marketing the Glove Box (TM) product. The Glove Box (TM) is considered to be in the medical equipment category and even though it is still a prototype, it requires a permit from the Health Ministry in China to import. The Company is in the process of applying for the permit and expects to obtain the permit by either the 2nd or 3rd quarter of 2005. Management has had discussions with a potential medical facility in Beijing, China to do a joint venture in manufacturing and marketing of the Glove Box(TM).
