CULTURE

Championing our patients starts with caring for our people – at work and at home. We recognize that each employee may be on a different path on their wellbeing journey and that one program doesn’t necessarily fit all – that is why we offer a full suite of wellbeing resources built on four pillars to help employees make wellbeing a priority at all stages of life.

While health and wellbeing offerings vary by country, here are examples of our Global Wellbeing offerings:
BENEFITS

We offer a market-leading Employee Assistance Program (EAP) to give employees and their families expert guidance and specialist support on any issue, including 25 counseling sessions per year to support their mental and emotional wellbeing.

We also offer access to a variety of online classes, meditations and webinars, on-site wellbeing activities, and challenges to help our employees feel their best.

To support each employee’s diverse needs, the Jazz Wellbeing Reimbursement Account is designed to provide employees with the flexibility to decide the products and services that best support their wellbeing, empowering them to choose what is most important to them.

As caring for our patients is of the utmost importance, we want to ensure that our employees can take time away from work to care for those who mean the most to them.

  • Global Paid Child Bonding Leave, which is available to all new parents irrespective of gender or how they are welcoming their child to their family.
  • Global Paid Caregiver Leave is available to care for a family member with a serious health condition.

We not only care for our patients and our people, but also the communities we serve. The Jazz Global Volunteer Day policy provides paid time off for employees to give back to their community by spending time supporting non-profit organizations.

At Jazz, we are proud to offer an innovative and flexible work model developed directly from employee feedback that best serves our people and our business. Internally known as “Jazz Remix,” our norms enable teams to decide when and where they work best, adhering to principles that balance the needs of patients and personal productivity, flexibility, and wellbeing. Regularly scheduled site connection days and in-person team gatherings allow our people to maintain a genuine sense of community and connection with each other. The Jazz Remix model does not apply to all roles; to learn more speak with a Recruiter.

EMPLOYEE TESTIMONIALS
  • “At Jazz our purpose is [to innovate] to transform the lives of patients and their families. In doing so we have to live out that patient-centric mindset in everything we do. We have to bring our authentic selves to work, have integrity and work collaboratively together in a constant pursuit of excellence.”
Sr. Manager, Medical Affairs Training and Excellence
  • “We innovate to transform the lives of patients and their families. And this concept is at the heart of everything we do here at Jazz. We innovate; we bring new ideas forward to help these patients that are in need. We encourage everybody at Jazz to bring their best ideas forward, to be creative because we know that these are the ideas that are going to help change the world and that are going to help these patients and their families. But I’d say even more importantly is the focus on patients and their families. We know that whatever we do at Jazz on a day-to-day basis has the singular purpose of helping patients and their families and that makes it a great place to work.”
    VP, Data Science
  • “Jazz’s core values are passion, integrity, pursuit of excellence, innovation and collaboration. And the way we embody that and live those values every day as fellow [employees] is we have a “little me, big we” mentality and approach to the work we do. It’s all hands-on deck, everyone rowing together and growing together in order to innovate to transform the lives of patients and we do that extraordinarily well.”
