The program is designed to assist long term care providers, long term care dispensing pharmacies and home infusion providers with the immediate challenges of implementation and contract negotiations required with Prescription Drug Plans (PDPs) as outlined in Part D of the Medicare Prescription Drug, Improvement and Modernization Act of 2003.
