The Board of Directors of D&K Healthcare Resources, Inc. (Nasdaq: DKHR) today declared the company’s 15th consecutive regular quarterly cash dividend. The dividend of $0.015 per share of common stock, is payable on September 15, 2004 to shareholders of record on September 1, 2004.
