In the past five years, UM Tech Transfer has executed 267 technology license agreements, created 34 new startup businesses, and generated licensing revenues to stimulate additional research and discovery. Just as importantly, it has created connections between UM's renowned researchers and scientists and an ever-increasing set of partners with the resources and capabilities to fulfill the potential of UM discoveries.
