(NASDAQ: NYNY) today confirmed the St. Regis Mohawk Tribe’s recent announcement that the Company met on March 31, 2009 with the Tribe’s Council to explore the potential renewal of a business relationship relating to the development of a Native American casino at the Monticello Raceway. The Company and the Tribal Council agreed to re-establish business relations pending approval of any renewed arrangements by tribal members in a community referendum.
