Anika today announced that the Company plans to issue its fourth-quarter 2017 financial results after the close of the market on Wednesday, February 21, 2017 and to hold a conference call the next day, Thursday, February 22, 2018, at 9:00 a.m. ET to discuss its financial results, business highlights, and outlook.

The Board of Directors of AmerisourceBergen Corporation today declared a quarterly dividend of $0.38 per common share, payable March 5, 2018, to stockholders of record at the close of business on February 20, 2018.
