Integrated Sensing Systems, Inc. (ISSYS) is on the leading edge in using the power of MEMS (micro electro mechanical systems) technology in medical applications. ISSYS' mission is to design, develop, manufacture, and market innovative products that provide the greatest accuracy in the smallest sizes.
ISSYS is well along the path of developing an exciting portfolio of products based on our core MEMS pressure and flow sensing technology platforms. We are designing and manufacturing MEMS-based medical devices, including:
· Wireless, battery-less implantable pressure sensors to monitor critical cardiovascular, neurological, and ophthalmologic conditions
· Intelligent, low-cost, disposable diagnostic catheters with embedded state-of-the-art MEMS sensors for cardiovascular, urological, and gastroenterological applications
· Advanced Coriolis-based MEMS density and flow meters for drug delivery and development
Founded in 1995 by world leaders in MEMS and headquartered in Ypsilanti, ISSYS is using its patented technology platform to design complete, integrated products in its state-of-the-art, in-house manufacturing facility. ISSYS' technology is versatile, reproducible, and accurate and produces groundbreaking sensors that are extremely accurate, long-lived, highly reliable, and biocompatible. To meet its goals and bring its products through the FDA-approval process, ISSYS is currently seeking to raise its first round of venture capital.
