Masy Systems is a knowledgeable and reputable provider of GMP storage, validation and calibration services, equipment rentals and related products for the pharmaceutical and biotech industries. Masy is ISO 9001 certified, verifying that there are systems and procedures in place; and is NVLAP accredited for ISO 17025 calibrations, confirming the competency to perform high level temperature calibrations. The primary standards lab in house is focused on precision temperature measurements with a staff that has been trained at NIST. The primary temperature standards are hand-carried and calibrated directly at NIST.
Masy calibrates and rents the GE Kaye line of validation equipment, including Validator 2000 dataloggers, Digi family, LTR/HTR/CTR temperature reference baths and IRTD temperature standards. Masy also calibrates and rents RH and CO2 sensor assemblies for validation studies. All calibrations are NIST traceable.
Masy offers “Live” wireless systems available for sale or rent for temporary monitoring solutions and warehouse mapping. Utilizing wireless DataTrace real-time validation dataloggers or the Hanwell Monitoring Systems, Masy expertly finds and provides the best system(s) for your needs.
For more than 25 years Masy has validated autoclaves, bioreactors, centrifuges, cold rooms, cryostorage freezers, depyrogenation ovens, fermentors, freezers, incubators, incubator shakers, lyophilizers, ovens, process ovens, refrigerators, shipper containers, stability chambers, stability rooms, steam in place, steam quality testing, sterilizers, storage rooms, tanks, vacuum ovens, vessels, warehouses and WFI sampling. Masy performs sterilization studies on autoclaves, bioreactors and steam in place applications. Masy will create or execute protocols. Final reports are provided with live data, completed protocols, supporting data, calibration certificates, documentation of technician’s skills and abilities to perform the testing and a summary report confirming the chamber is fit for its intended use.
In addition, Masy Systems offers complete validation equipment systems for rent and sale with current NIST traceable and NVLAP accreditation to 17025 calibrations certificates. Complete systems can include a pre-programmed validation datalogger with thermocouples, pressure, humidity or CO2 sensors. Also available for rent are validation dataloggers, temperature reference baths, temperature and calibration standards and miscellaneous validation accessories.
Masy offers biorepository GMP storage space and ICH storage conditions at their 10 Lomar Park Drive facility in Pepperell, MA. This state-of-the-art facility offers stand alone environmental chamber storage from -196°C to 70°C and energy efficient storage in a cascading chamber from refrigeration space to -80°C.
