Bristol Myers Squibb announced the first disclosure of data from the Phase 3 CheckMate -67T trial, evaluating the subcutaneous formulation of Opdivo co-formulated with Halozyme’s proprietary recombinant human hyaluronidase compared to intravenous Opdivo in patients with advanced or metastatic clear cell renal cell carcinoma who have received prior systemic therapy, demonstrating noninferiority for the co-primary endpoints of Cavgd28 and Cminss compared to IV Opdivo.

Merck, known as MSD outside of the United States and Canada, announced results from the Phase 3 KEYNOTE-564 trial evaluating KEYTRUDA, Merck’s anti-PD-1 therapy, for the adjuvant treatment of patients with renal cell carcinoma at intermediate-high or high risk of recurrence following nephrectomy, or following nephrectomy and resection of metastatic lesions.
