Schering-Plough Corporation To Webcast "R&D And Product Review" Meeting

KENILWORTH, N.J., Oct. 21 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Schering-Plough Corporation will webcast its "R&D and Product Review" meeting for analysts and portfolio managers, which is being held on Nov. 1, 2005 from 9 a.m. (EST) to 1 p.m. Fred Hassan, Schering-Plough's chairman and CEO, and other members of management will host the meeting. The meeting will review the company's Action Agenda for transformational change, review current products and new compounds in development, and provide perspective on the company's and the industry's operating environment.

At 9 a.m. on that day, a live webcast (audio and slides) of the meeting will be available by going to the Schering-Plough corporate Web site, www.schering-plough.com, and clicking on the "Presentations/Webcasts" link. A replay of the webcast will be available starting at approximately 6 p.m. on Nov. 1, through 5 p.m. on Dec. 1.
