PORTAGE, Ind., Jan. 16 /PRNewswire/ -- MonoSol Rx today announced that Carl G. Fischer has joined the Company as its CFO and Treasurer. Carl has over 25 years of varied financial management experience in the Consumer Finance, Software Development and Communications Equipment Distribution fields. For the past 14 years, Carl worked, first, as the CFO of Computel, a regional distributor of communications products, bringing the company through a successful acquisition by Communications Supply Corp. (CSC). CSC is the nation’s largest privately held distributor of computer networking products. He then continued on with CSC in a critical finance and operations capacity until leaving to join Monosol Rx. Carl has a Finance degree from Seton Hall University and an MBA in Finance from Fairleigh Dickinson University. The prior CFO of Monosol Rx, Stephanie Baker, will continue on as the CFO of Monosol LLC, the world’s largest manufacturer of Water Soluble Specialty films.
