BioSpace has an exciting opportunity for a Customer Success Specialist to join our team and help us to deliver an exceptional customer experience. Our Customer Success team is the primary client contact from initial onboarding of new clients to increasing engagement & retention. We are looking for a high-caliber contributor that is proactive, results-oriented and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

In this position you will:

  • Respond to customer inquiries for BioSpace and MedReps, and provide proactive customer outreach via email, phone, and online chat
  • Provide full service support to clients for job postings, news subscriptions, and other products and services based on client needs
  • Creatively and efficiently resolve issues and investigate complaints, escalating as necessary
  • Play a key role in our business development process by identifying and qualifying leads for our Business Development team
  • Support special projects related to lead prospecting and data management
  • Proactively identify new sales and upsell opportunities
  • Use data and analytics to provide valuable insights to BioSpace clients and internal stakeholders
  • Translate the voice of the customer into product improvements that increases client engagement

Position requirements:

  • 1-2 years relevant work experience (customer success or account management experience a plus)
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Powerpoint)
  • Experience in utilizing a CRM system preferred (Salesforce experience a plus)
  • Superb written and oral communication skills (excellent grammar and spelling is a must)
  • Creative knack with a sense of humor and the ability to connect with people
  • Ability to multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced environment
