We’re currently looking for a passionate individual to join our executive team as Editor-in-Chief. The ideal candidate is a strategic, business-focused, creative, and proactive leader that thrives in a fast-paced environment. 

In this position you will be responsible for:  

Editorial strategy 

• Develop and implement formal editorial and content strategies to support our organizational growth objectives 
• Establish publishing guidelines and ensure consistency 
• Proactively identify and recommend new content initiatives 
• Monitor and analyze editorial performance and provide monthly reports  
• Monitor the competitive landscape and conduct research as necessary for insights, awareness and satisfaction 

Content production 

• Develop and manage a robust editorial calendar 
• Issue writer assignments 
• Oversee content creation process from writing, editing and publishing  
• Ensure deadlines are met  

Leadership and collaboration 

• Hire and lead a high-performance editorial team 
• Establish and manage a network of freelance contributors 
• Collaborate with other departments including Sales, Customer Success, Marketing and Product 
• Develop relationships with PR media agencies, investment analysts and other key industry sources 

Position requirements: 

• 5-10 years of applicable professional experience, with emphasis on content marketing strategy and execution 
• Bachelor’s degree in journalism, English, communication, business, marketing, or related field (MBA a plus) 
• Superb written and oral communication skills 
• Experience managing a team and acting in a leadership role 
• Proven ability to develop and cultivate relationships with industry executives, PR agencies, investment analysts, and other key industry sources 
• Ability to multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced, online publishing environment
