This is a hybrid position requiring a minimum of 3 days on-site in Sleepy Hollow, NY. Remote work is not possible for this role. This role cannot be based in Basking Ridge, NJ.

The Associate Director, Consumer Marketing for Respiratory, will play a key role in the ongoing patient education efforts. Primary areas of responsibility will be to lead, develop, and implement comprehensive digital and non-personal marketing plans for the Pulmonology indications. Specifically, this will include digital strategy execution, agency and budget management, patient and caregiver education material development and implementation, digital campaign plan development and implementation, coordination with market research. This position will report into the Director, Consumer Marketing, Respiratory.

A Typical Day Might Look Like This:

  • Lead the strategic and creative development of core consumer non-personal materials and their subsequent digital tactical execution in support the brands critical success factors and business objectives.

  • Oversee media planning and buying across digital and offline channels such as TV, Online Video, Programmatic and endemic display, Social and Search (SEM/SEO)

  • Ability to interpret data from multiple sources such as marketing mix models, analytics, and market research to build actionable insights and optimizations

  • Leverage patient insights to inform messaging across digital channels such as the website, display, OLV media, and CRM

  • Utilize patient insights to discover progressive platforms (eg. TikTok, Snapchat) and additional opportunities to reach customers across the digital ecosystem

  • Build and maintain a customer relationship (CRM) platform across online and offline channels and oversee creation of emails and email cadence

  • Manage multiple agencies to build creative across the digital ecosystem (eg. website, banners, social ads, emails)

  • Own pulmonary patient websites, optimize language and campaigns regularly for English and Spanish sites and work across DUPIXENT franchise to ensure cohesiveness across indications

  • Collaborate with sales, HCP marketing, market research and other relevant functions to help understand patient journey and potential needs

  • Discover synergies between HCP marketing, patient support services, and corporate comms to ensure a unified message is delivered across the consumer journey

  • Partner with regulatory, medical, and legal to align on creative and messaging and represent materials for reviews during weekly joint regulatory council meetings

  • Ensure that marketing processes, programs, and materials are developed, implemented, and effectively administered to be consistent with corporate guidance and all regulatory, legal, ethical guidelines.

This Position Might Be For You If:

  • Demonstrated competency in multiple aspects of consumer marketing efforts:

  • Consumer / patient marketing for large brands (3+ years)

  • Demonstrated competency in media planning and execution to ensure proper mix and optimization (media includes TV, digital, social, mobile search, and general awareness print.)

  • Provide data driven strategic insights to inform all patient/ consumer marketing programs and tactics

  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate with team members and across departments to develop and execute education programs and support materials

  • Strong interpersonal skills demonstrating emotional intelligence, both internally & externally

  • Self-starter and ability to work independently

To be considered for this opportunity you must have 10+ years of related progressive pharmaceutical industry or relevant professional experience; 3+ years of pharmaceutical/biotech marketing, product management, or related/relevant professional experience. Respiratory/Immunology (Asthma) experience preferred. Bachelor's Degree, MBA a plus. Alliance / co-promote experience is a plus. Must be willing to travel up to 25% (including weekend travel as needed).

The salary ranges provided are shown in accordance with U.S. law and apply to U.S. based positions, where the hired candidate will be located in the U.S. If you are outside the U.S, please speak with your recruiter about salaries and benefits in your location.

Salary Range (annually)

$151,800.00 - $247,800.00
