The Marketing Manager will report into the Director, Shopper Marketing. This position will work across the commercial marketing team to pull through strategies and tactics to champion the adoption of NARCAN Nasal Spray by consumers. The right candidate will help create an exceptional customer experience to maximize Narcan’s potential in the omnichannel market.  In addition to key responsibilities of executing marketing plans and managing promotional tactics, this role will be a key member of the marketing team, partnering with a variety of stakeholders and participate in larger cross-functional teamwork to accomplish company goals.

  • Key participant in planning, development and implementation of consumer-focused omnichannel marketing campaigns that drive awareness, education and conversion for Narcan. 
  • Drive consistent focus on experimentations and A/B testing to better understand customer behavior across channels.  
  • Build and update customer and internal presentations.
  • Monitor and report campaign performance, assessing ROI and KPIs, and implement improvements to increase engagement and conversion.
  • Work directly with media and creative agencies to ensure tactics align with and support brand strategies and objectives. 
  •  Assist marketing leadership in brand planning to develop and measure aspects of brand strategy, with a specific focus on:
    • Understanding brand equity and competitive advantage
    • Managing brand positioning
    • Advertising and promotion
    • Evaluating results of marketing programs and making recommendations
  • Monitor market trends and research consumer markets and competitors.
  • Analyze brand positioning and consumer insights to shape and communicate our vision and mission.
  • Lead defined workstreams with accountability for the end product.
  • Perform other position-related duties as assigned.

•    Bachelor’s Degree plus 3 or more years related experience 
•    Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
•    3-5 years of digital/omnichannel marketing experience, with preference for OTC or pharmaceutical marketing experience
•    Thorough understanding of advertising, marketing and omnichannel strategy
•    Experience working with advertising and promotional review process 
•    Ability to handle and lead multiple projects simultaneously, while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment
•    Self-starter and independent performer 
•    Experience working with cross-functional groups and teams to achieve common goals 
•    Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills 
•    Proven ability to communicate professionally in a corporate environment 
•    Prioritizes projects based on agreed business needs and related budgets
•    Quickly assess critical situations and identify issue resolution
