Are you looking for a patient-focused, innovation-driven company that will inspire you and empower you to shine? Join us as the Executive Search Recruitment Coordinator located in Lexington, MA, supporting our Head of Executive Search & Talent Intelligence along with key stakeholders in the business. In this role, your primary responsibilities will include coordinating recruitment activities, job requisition management, administrative support to ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment process, and related executive search projects.

How you will contribute:
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews, assessments, and other recruitment activities, ensuring all logistics are in place and all parties involved are well-informed.

  • Maintain and update related databases and tracking systems to ensure accurate and up-to-date information at all times.

  • Coordinate reference checks and background screenings for selected candidates.

  • Assist in the preparation of candidate profiles and presentations for the client review.

  • Support the preparation of requisitions and employment offers, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.

  • Provide administrative support to the executive search partners, including managing calendars for interviews, organizing travel arrangements for candidates, and preparing meeting materials.

  • Partnering with the executive search team on related project work.

Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of proven experience in recruitment coordination, preferably in executive search or high-level recruitment.

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

  • Proficient in using recruitment software and databases such as Workday & Avature.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and stakeholders.

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Ability to serve as a point of contact for the candidate and leader on the day of interviews.

  • Familiarity with employment laws and regulations.
