Join Takeda as a Global Talent Acquisition Process Improvement Lead at the Senior Manager level located in Lexington, MA. As the Global Talent Acquisition Process Improvement Lead, you will play a critical role in transforming and optimizing our global Talent Acquisition processes. This role will report to the Head of Global Talent Acquisition Solutions and the successful candidate will be a strategic thinker with a strong technology background who is motivated to solve complex problems by leading initiatives to streamline processes, leverage technology, and drive innovation in Talent Acquisition on a global scale.

How you will contribute:

· Utilize strong business analysis skills to identify gaps, challenges, and opportunities within Talent Acquisition processes, ensuring solutions align with business goals.

· Lead and oversee strategic projects to implement effective solutions, ensuring seamless integration and successful outcomes.

· Leverage HR frameworks and facilitate sessions to analyze, design, and implement improvements to end-to-end Talent Acquisition processes.

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to conduct comprehensive assessments, identifying areas for improvement and implementing transformative solutions.

· Act as a strategic partner to HR and business leaders, providing insights and recommendations to align talent acquisition strategies with organizational goals.

· Support a culture of continuous innovation, exploring new applications and technologies to stay ahead of industry trends.

· Integrate information to build, plan and support implementation solutions.

Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree required.

· 6+ years of demonstrated, hands-on experience developing and implementing improvements.

· Design Thinking, Agile Methodologies, LEAN and/or Six Sigma certification, improvement realization, and facilitation experience required.

· Extensive experience managing process improvement projects in a global context, including projects with a focus on technology-driven solutions.

· Strong analytical skills, using data to drive decision-making and measure the impact of process changes.

· Excellent project management skills with a track record of successfully implementing complex process improvements.

· Effective communication, collaboration, and influence skills to effectively engage with diverse teams and stakeholders.

· Proficient in AI concepts and applications, or a strong interest in developing AI skills.

· Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment and adapt to evolving business needs.

· In-depth knowledge of HR technology, applicant tracking systems, and related tools preferred.
