/PROJECT:   The position will support the management of the QAT project planning and capacity management tools, working with the QAT Technical Manager or designee to build out and maintain the project management tools.  The position will interact with all QAT functional area leaders to gather and track the information required to create and update project plans and track progress through metric reporting. In addition, the position will interact with QSAT personnel to provide updates and report progress on activities as part of the Technical Agenda.      Required Skills:   
  • Proficient computer skills and working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
  • Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills with ability to prioritize and manage tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Desired Skills:   
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite programs
  • Experience with project management tools and project management software such as Microsoft Project, Primavera and interface with Power BI or mobile applications.
  • Interest in pursuing a career in the pharmaceutical/biotechnology industry
Qualifications/Eligibility:   
  • Student pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in life science, engineering or computerized systems
  • Student must be returning to school in the Fall Term OR has graduated within the 1 year of the start of the program. 
  • Must be available to work 40 hours a week
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship

   In the U.S., the hiring range for this position is $ 21.00 to $ 25.00 per hour.
